We want you to be completely satisfied with your ACAI Outdoorwear; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Package Your Items
Securely pack your outdoorwear in its original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact and included.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
